Projects and Delivery
overview
We build it. We operate it to maturity. Then we hand you the keys.
Defined-scope transformation and delivery engagements, run by teams who have delivered them in 64 countries since 1992. The flagship is the Enterprise Digital Twin.

our mission
The Enterprise Digital Twin
The Enterprise Digital Twin is the organisation-owned digital twin: built for the enterprise, operated by Allied, and transferred to the client under Build–Operate–Transfer (BOT).
It’s the counterpart to DigitalMe℠, and the ownership distinction is deliberate. DigitalMe℠ is person-owned. The Enterprise Digital Twin is organisation-owned. In neither case does Allied retain the asset.
Build - Operate - Transfer
Under BOT, Allied builds the capability, operates it to maturity, then transfers ownership to you. You carry none of the build risk and none of the ramp-up cost, and you finish owning the capability outright rather than renting it indefinitely.
Build
capability designed and stood up to your requirements
Operate
Allied runs it to agreed outcomes until it’s proven at maturity
Transfer
ownership, people and capability move to you
our services
The same model applies to GCCs. A Global Capability Centre is a strategic value centre delivering outcomes, not a cost-arbitrage back office. We build GCCs as Value Centres, operate them to maturity, and transfer them under BOT – with capability building embedded so the centre keeps improving after handover.
