Technology providers often find it challenging to support clients, in smaller more remote locations where they don’t have a presence, or with expansion into new geographies.
For example, you may not have resources available in Bratislava, Koblenz, Bangkok or Beijing. Your client’s location may only be a small satellite office, and you may not be familiar with the local employment and financial regulations and have no experience of the local culture and language.
