We are looking for

Key Responsibilities of a Resource:

• Should Work in a Team Environment as per the Roaster.

• Should Send all Work-related updates to Tower Lead and Tower Manager

• Should send Completed activities details to Tower Lead and Tower Manager

• Should participate in all meetings with Client for work related as per instructions by

Tower lead.

• Understand the customer Infrastructure and work with the available resources.

• Service handover to operations team. Involve in creation of SOP and KB articles.

• Responsible to build & implement the solution within the designed architecture.

• Should Read and Write technical documentations.

Technical skills & Experience:

• Experience on WS1 tool with Windows and MAC devices.

• Experience on Basic Device level troubleshooting.

• Experience on preparing Intelligence report.

• Experience on writing scripts in PowerShell.

• Designing a system and produce HLD, LLD, tech note.

• Build and Implementation.

• Experience on creation/maintenance of Products, Profiles, Sensors, Smart Groups.

• Experience on creating and troubleshooting PPKG.

• Translate business requirements into architectural framework and design.

• Translate business requirements into architecture roadmap to support mobility vision

for line of business.

• Capability to read and write technical documentation.

• Good interpersonal skills and customer handling skills

• Should have Hands on experience on Workspace One tools.

• Should be Technically very skilled on WS1, Good hands-on knowledge on

troubleshooting and solving WS1 related issues while doing any kind of deployment.

• Good Hands-on Patching from WS1 for both Window MAC
