By virtue of this, clients are given the opportunity to trial the candidate in the role prior to permanently bringing them on board.

With Tri-Buy, you are provided with a qualified candidate who is interested in long term employment prospects in your organisation. You will pay a reduced hourly or daily rate during an agreed trial period. At the end of the trial period you have the option to employ the candidate or get a replacement if you are unsure. As a client you are involved throughout the process and you have the final say.

Permanent Recruitment:

Our permanent recruitment offering is based around a unique shared-risk model. Over the years corporate companies have felt exposed due to high risk terms and conditions traditionally offered by most recruitment companies. Our clients have shared many of these issues with us and as a result, we have designed solutions which help to share this exposure by offering flexible payment terms. This means that once we have provided you with the ideal candidate, as a client you can pay a reduced fee upfront, or instalments over 3, 6 or a 12 month period.
