These flexible resource credits can be exchanged over the year for a wide range of skills that can be deployed anywhere at any time. They can be purchased in bundles of man days, and topped up during the year, providing you with the resources you require, when unavailable within your existing team.
We provide specialist skills available from our talent pool to backfill our client's teams, relieving the pressure of staff shortages, IT projects or major roll-outs across a number of countries. In addition to the main onsite teams, a flexible resource solution can be effectively utilised for the provision of services to smaller regional or European offices to compliment our Distributed Services, on either a proactive or reactive basis via skilled, multilingual resources.
