Short term and Flexible IT Resources


There are any number of reasons why you might need to top up your IT resources; seasonal trends and projects to name but a few. Whilst historically larger companies have built in additional resource to cope with the peaks and troughs of demand, it does not provide for the most efficient or cost effective model. For small and medium size companies it's often a case of “muddling through”.

Ad hoc IT Resources


There are many cases where our clients have wanted to run additional or short term projects but either do not have the capacity, or risk losing basic IT support for the business. In these scenarios we are able to either provide the additional resource to help with the project, or just back fill your own staff from our talent pool, allowing them to devote their time to the project, without risking any lack of service to the business.

For a number of our clients the planning of IT resources takes on a different dimension when we suggest a pro-active approach. We focus on preparing for the unplanned staff shortages that can spring up, such as, Holiday Cover, Sickness and urgent projects.

Our answer is simple and unique; we call it Flexible Resourcing Architecture [FRA]. It helps our clients to counter unpredictability by providing flexible resource credits. These credits are similar to pay as you go mobile phone tariffs, in that you can pre-purchase them in advance and use them as when your require – no fuss and no hassle.

These flexible resource credits can be exchanged over the year for a wide range of skills that can be deployed anywhere at any time. They can be purchased in bundles of man days, and topped up during the year, providing you with the resources you require, when unavailable within your existing team.

We provide specialist skills available from our talent pool to backfill our client's teams, relieving the pressure of staff shortages, IT projects or major roll-outs across a number of countries. In addition to the main onsite teams, a flexible resource solution can be effectively utilised for the provision of services to smaller regional or European offices to compliment our Distributed Services, on either a proactive or reactive basis via skilled, multilingual resources.
