Businesses that employ full time IT resource, at some or all of their satellite offices across Europe and other continents, often face underutilisation issues, resulting in wasted expenditure. Alternatively, using multiple contractors poses further challenges, such as expensive rates, contractor liabilities, IR35 legislation issues, lower degree of control and lack of knowledge retention.

The dilemma is how to deliver a consistent support service to your user population, regardless of country, language, skill and time factors.

Our distributed support service enables our clients to have access to high quality multi-lingual resources on a flexible basis; full-time, part-time or ad-hoc. With a single point of contact for all of your IT support, we create one common platform and Service Level Agreement, allowing you to maintain budgetary control through our flexible and cost effective solution.

How does it work?

Our professional approach provides you with proactive and/or reactive user support, for small to medium-sized remote offices. As a result, you do not have to invest in full-time support staff for each location, or move existing support staff around the world.

For example, you may have five medium-sized offices throughout Europe that each require one day of support per week, equating to one full time head (with a lot of travel time and expense). By embracing our solution you would be provided the support using five individual support professionals, who are each based close to your sites. Basically you share the resources with other clients, thereby reducing costs and travel time; without having to invest in full time support for each office.
