Our professional approach, provides you with proactive and/or reactive user support for small to medium-sized remote offices. As a result, Customers do not have to invest in full-time support staff for each location or move their existing support staff around the world to provide the support. For example, a customer may have five medium-sized offices throughout Europe that each require 1 day of support per week, which equates to one week. By employing our 'virtual person model', Allied Worldwide provides this support using five individual support professionals, who are each based close to the customer's offices. In effect, the customer is sharing these resources with other clients, thereby reducing costs and travel time, without having to invest in five days of support per week for each office.
