	Level 2 Desktop Support	Contract

	Based on site you will be the sole support professional preferably with MCSE or MCP, primarily responsible for looking after the desktop environment, H/W and S/W. The right candidate will have a professional attitude, be able to work well on own, and be a good communicator. The role is bilingual French/English speaking and any other European language is a bonus.

	Senior Site SP in an inclusive team of 3 2nd Line Support Engineers, supporting 1,000 users across Europe. Based in London reporting in to a Team Leader in Birmingham you will be responsible for; technical: assisting staff and users (general technical issues). Problem troubleshooting (Backups, Data Servers, Exchange). System development (incorporating new systems, hardware upgrades etc). Management: resource scheduling for your team (holidays, sickness, projects etc). An element of project management for your team. Inductions/training/ interviews. Client specific; documentation (processes, new systems, site manual, whatever is required). Daily checks and shifts (assuring these are covered/adhered to). Meetings, internal and external.

	Level 2 Field Support Professional	Permanent

	Experienced Support Professional required to join the allied resource team in supporting the requirements of our client sites. This role will encompass holiday cover, sickness cover and project requirements as and when required. The role is ideally suited to individuals who enjoy the challenges of various client locations, field work and who can work independently. The individual should have a relevant proven background and possess Microsoft accreditations. Hardware accreditations would be an advantage particularly IBM accreditation. A strong desire to succeed with good communications skills and good customer facing skills are required for this position.

	Seeking MCP/MCSE qualified Engineer for a field based position. Windows 2000/XP/Office, Citrix & Email systems, together with break/fix experience is necessary, IBM accreditations are advantageous. The right candidate will be an energetic individuals with excellent customer service skills looking for a challenging and rewarding position that will enhance and give great exposure to a number of technical systems. Any other European language skills would be very useful. Willingness to travel is a must as you may be asked to attend sites in Germany as well.
