Richard Skellett
Chairman and CEO
Richard holds the overall responsibility for the management of the business, specifically for research and development. He is a creative thinker and a key driving force behind the ground-breaking pace of change in the business. His thinking-outside-the-box approach and his unique business strengths provide the platform for Allied Worldwide to deliver innovative customer solutions.
Richard brings over 20 years of wisdom from the IT industry with experience in sales, marketing and customer support at an operational and managerial level with companies such as Plessey, Granada and Memorex. He has made his mark by pioneering one of UK's primary outsource service providers - Allied Worldwide.
Mandy Adamson
Managing Director
Mandy's IT career began in consultancy and commercial support for a large outsourcing company. Her responsibilities ranged from developing and expanding sales teams, to developing companywide global business revenues and developing new initiatives in corporate sales.
Mandy has been with us from the start in 1992. She has worked closely with the CEO in establishing Allied's presence in the infrastructure services marketplace. In addition to implementing and running an international operation, Mandy has been instrumental in developing our corporate accounts, which include some of the world's premier blue chip companies. Within five years of joining Allied Worldwide, Mandy joined the executive board, consolidating her strong business awareness and understanding of the IT infrastructure market.
Glenn Wiseman
Head of Sales
Glenn is the head of Sales for Allied Worldwide. He has over 18 years of international experience in the IT Services and Solutions industry. Glenn creates innovative business and co-sourcing solutions for our global and national clients. He has held various senior management positions in consulting and IT outsourcing, working with many blue-chip companies. He has experience in managing business development and customer relationships for companies such as HP, De La Rue and Atos Orign.
Vaughan Illingworth
Head of Global Service Delivery
The first 15 years of Vaughan's 25 year career in the IT industry, was spent in Service and Commercial Management. Over the last 10 years he has embraced service design and management and now utilises them in his current position as Head of Global Service Delivery. He brings to bear a decade of PRINCE2 and ITIL experience, enshrining best practice into all of Allied's service portfolio. In addition, Vaughan empowers his team of Project and Service Managers with the responsibility for the design, development and global service delivery to our corporate clients.
David Lawrence
Head of Marketing
David is the most recent addition to the Management team. He joined Allied from one of the UK's largest agencies and has been applying his extensive knowledge of the B2B market to Allied's proposition right from the outset. He has experience across a variety of industries, including the automotive and financial sectors and has worked both within client and agency environments, which allows him to understand the challenges of both, not only from a sales and marketing perspective, but from an operational standpoint as well.
Sanjay Gandhi
Head of Finance
Sanjay heads up the finance, purchasing and quality functions within our business. He is also responsible for our operations in Bangalore and has been involved with improving processes and costs of the business. Prior to coming to Allied he held senior finance roles in Burberry and Citigroup, as well as other mid size IT companies, with experience in change management, outsourcing and process improvement. Sanjay has been with Allied since April 2009.
Kate Box
Head of Human Resources
Kate has 15 years of Human Resource management experience gained within both the large corporate and SME arenas. During her employment within Marks and Spencer, Kate managed TUPE projects including the successful transfer of Iceland staff to newly created M&S stores. More recently she has managed the TUPE process with the service provision changes with clients including Burberry, HP and Sony.
